•IF Your password is not recognized – Ask your School site secretary to submit a  Work Order to Information Technology.    Subject: “Voice Mail Password Reset”

YOU MUST “login” to your MAILBOX To use any of the features below:

LOGIN
• Press MESSAGE key or dial 21599
• Dial your mailbox no. (Extension number)
• Press #
• Enter your password
• Press #
CLICK HERE                                                            
CHANGE PASSWORD
• Dial 84
• Enter old password, press #
• Enter new password (a minimum of 4 digits), press #
• Enter new password again, press #

Personal Verification• Dial 82
• Press 9 to record “personal verification
• Press 5 (record your first and last name at the tone)
• Press # to stop
• If you need to re-record press 5 again

Record a Greeting

•Dial 82
• Press 1 (external) Primary
• Press 5 to record
# to stop
2 to listen
76 to delete
5 to re-record

LOG OFF
• Dial 83 or hang up to disconnect

PLAYING AND HANDLING YOURMESSAGES
• # Pause (2 to resume)
• 3 Skip forward 3 seconds
• 1 Skip backward 3 seconds
• 23 Speed up a message
• 21 Slow down a message
• 6 Play next message
• 4 Play previous message
• 76 Delete a message (76 again will restore msg)
• 71 Reply to a senders message
• 73 Copy a message
• 75 Record a message
• 9 Call sender (internal only)

EXPRESS MESSAGING
• Dial 21598
• Enter mailbox nmbr to leave a message
• Press #
• Record at the tone
• You may tag this message and /or hang up

SEND A MESSAGE TO ANOTHER MAILBOX
• Press 75
• Enter mailbox nmbr (if more then one mailbox,
separate each box with a #)
• Press # again
• Press 5 to record at the tone
• Press # to stop ( you may tag message here)
• OR
• Press 79 to send

TAGGING A MESSAGE
• After recording your message and you’ve press #
• Press 701 for urgent
704 for private
705 for acknowledgement
706 for timed delivery
Note: You can only choose one of the above
• Press 79 to send

TRANSFER A CALLER DIRECTLY TOVOICE MAIL
• Press TRANSFER key
• Dial 21599
• Enter mailbox number
• Press #
• Press TRANSFER key
• Hang-up immediately
