Voice Mail Password Reset
If your voice mail password was recently reset, please follow the instructions provided below:
For this example the users extension number is 21011
1. Dial 21599 or press the MESSAGE Key on your desk phone.
You will hear " Call Pilot from Nortel Networks, Mailbox?"
Enter your 5 digit extension number then the # sign. 21011#
2. You will hear "Password?" Enter 1 then your 5 digit extension
number then the # sign. 121011#
3. You will hear "The temporary password assigned by your
administrator must be change. To change your password dial 84."
Enter 84
4. You will hear "Password Change." "To Authorize the change enter
your old password." Enter 1 then your 5 digit extension number followed by
the # sign. 121011#
5. Follow the remaining voice prompts to set your new password.
Your password has been changed.
