Greetings:
At the start of each school year schools have multiple teachers who have changed classrooms, are new to the District or have forgotten their voice Mail Password.
To simplify the password resetting of a large amount of voice mailboxes we recommend the following:
- keep a log sheet of teachers who cannot access their voice mail boxes and would like their password reset.
- Once you have the list, open a work order and indicate the following:
Please reset extensions 23400, 23409, 23411, 23434, 23402, 23455, 23454, 23456, 23418, 23453 to the default password. The work order does not need the classroom number or the name of the teacher.
After we reset the mailboxes you will receive an email with reset instructions and voice mail navigation tips.
The download represents a Voice Mail Password Reset Log that you can print and use for your location.
