Replacing Lost/Damaged Phone

NOTE:  Although I perform troubleshooting and data transfer services for the  Transportation and M&O Departments, the IT Department via Ms. Sheila Loranger, only places orders  for the devices on the Administrators and Principals List.  Staff from   Transportation Services and M&O should refer to Sue Highland, Margaret Jacobson.or Rebbecca Michael-Macias respectively.


Replacing a Lost/Damaged Cell Phone  Principals/Admin List Members Only
     - Submit a work order to IS.
     - Include a budget number on the work order.
     - In the work order description area type the following:

"Please order a new i880 cell phone  to replace the device assigned to (enter administrators name).  Mr. Waites will configure, program and transfer the contact list from the current device to the i880.  Tel Number:  562-xxx-xxxx " 

 
The cost of the cell phone is approximately $150.00 + Tax  (Please refer to Sheila Loranger for exact amount).

The cost of the monthly phone service is paid via the principal/admin account.

NOTE:  Administrators / Principals cell phone package includes:

Team Share 400
        ~ 400 hours of anytime minutes
        ~ No charge calling on weekends and between the hours of  7pm  
           and 7 am Mon - Fri
        ~ 250 hours Direct Connect minutes  (Walke - talkie)
        ~ Voice Mail Service
