Rafael Waites and Jeff Collins are Operations Analysts for the Information Technology Department.  Although mainly responsible for  the Nortel PBX Phone System Network and major communication resources,  they also contribute to the  success of numerous district  projects which impact a wide spectrum of  disciplines, departments and needs.
